Resending Invitations and Overriding Settings
Give candidates another chance or extend deadlines as needed.
Sometimes candidates need a fresh invitation or modified exam parameters. Resend invitations or override settings from the candidate list without affecting other test-takers.
Resending Invitations
Click 'Resend' next to any candidate. This generates a new invitation email with the current exam link. Use this when candidates report non-delivery or accidentally deleted the original email.
Resending doesn't change exam settings or deadlines unless you explicitly override them. The candidate receives the same exam under the same conditions.
Overriding Settings
Click 'Override' to modify individual candidate parameters. Extend deadlines, add extra time, allow additional attempts, or disable proctoring for accommodations.
Overrides apply only to the selected candidate and don't affect exam-wide settings or other test-takers.
Document why you applied overrides in the candidate notes field. This maintains transparency and helps explain score differences if questioned later.
