Email delivery failures happen due to spam filters, incorrect addresses, or provider throttling.
Candidate Invitations
Check the spam folder. Verify the email address was entered correctly in the invitation form. Some corporate email systems block automated emails. Ask candidates to whitelist noreply@talentscreens.org.
Result Notifications
Employers can view results directly in the dashboard even if email notifications fail. Enable webhook integrations to push results to your ATS instead of relying on email.
Outlook and corporate Exchange servers may delay or block bulk emails. Use your own SMTP provider via the Email Delivery settings for higher reliability.
