Fit scores compare candidate personality data to the role profile. Each trait is weighted by importance and scored on distance from the ideal range. Scores are combined into an overall 0-100 fit score.
Never use personality fit as the sole hiring criterion. Combine with skills assessments, interviews, and experience. Personality predicts potential, not performance.
