Funnel analytics shows how candidates progress from assessment invitation to completion, interview, offer, and hire. Identify drop-off points and optimize your hiring process.

Compare your conversion rates to benchmarks. Low invited-to-started rates suggest email deliverability issues. Low started-to-completed rates indicate assessments are too long or difficult. Low qualified-to-interviewed rates mean your score threshold may be too high.
Track cohorts over time. For example, view all candidates invited in January and see how they progressed through the funnel over 3 months. Identify seasonal patterns or changes after process updates.
Enable hiring outcome tracking in Settings > Integrations to automatically update candidate status when they're hired.
