Access the Dashboard
Click 'Analytics' in the main navigation. Choose a date range (last 30 days, quarter, or year) and filter by specific jobs or teams.
Review Funnel Metrics
See the flow from invited to applied to completed to hired. Identify where most candidates drop off. Large drop-offs signal issues with exam length or difficulty.
Analyze Score Distributions
Histograms show how candidates scored on each exam. Bunched at the low end? Questions might be too hard. Bunched at the top? Not enough differentiation.
Track Time-to-Hire
See average days in each pipeline stage. Compare across jobs or time periods. Faster hiring often correlates with higher offer acceptance rates.
