1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TalentScreen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using TalentScreen on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

TalentScreen is a B2B candidate assessment platform that enables organizations to create, distribute, and grade case-based exams for hiring purposes. The service includes exam creation, candidate invitation management, automated grading, and anti-cheat monitoring.

3. Credits & Billing

• Credits are consumed when sending exam invitations (1 credit = 1 invitation)
• Purchased credits expire 30 days after purchase date
• Credits are non-refundable after purchase
• Redeemed credits (from promo codes) follow the same expiry rules

4. Candidate Responsibilities

• Candidates must complete assessments independently without external assistance
• Any detected cheating may result in exam invalidation
• Candidates must provide accurate identification information
• Exam invitations are unique and non-transferable

5. Data Processing

By using TalentScreen, organizations act as data controllers and TalentScreen acts as a data processor for candidate data. Organizations are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from candidates. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

TalentScreen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for hiring decisions made based on assessment results. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
