Solve common issues with the Google Sheets integration
If the Google Sheets integration stops working or data isn't appearing, follow these troubleshooting steps to diagnose and resolve the issue.
View detailed error messages in Settings > Integrations > Google Sheets > Export Log. Each failed export includes timestamp, candidate ID, error message, and retry status.
Google Sheets API has daily quotas. If you exceed the quota, exports pause until the quota resets at midnight Pacific Time.
