Control when candidate data is exported to Google Sheets. Choose between real-time exports (on completion) or batch exports (daily/weekly summaries).
Available Triggers
- Assessment Completed - Export immediately when candidate finishes
- AI Interview Completed - Export AI interview results
- Application Submitted - Export job application data
- Daily Summary - Batch export once per day at midnight UTC
- Weekly Summary - Batch export every Monday at midnight UTC
Real-Time vs. Batch
Real-time exports add rows within seconds of completion. Batch exports collect all completions since the last export and add them in a single operation. Use real-time for immediate visibility, batch for reduced API quota usage.
Duplicate Prevention
TalentScreen tracks which sessions have been exported and never exports the same session twice, even if you enable multiple triggers. Each row includes a unique session ID for deduplication.
