Creating Custom Cases
Build your own cases tailored to your organization's specific needs.
Custom cases let you assess skills and scenarios unique to your company. Create them from scratch or duplicate and modify existing library cases as templates.
Building a Case
Start by defining the case scenario and context. Provide background information candidates need to solve the problem. Upload supporting materials like datasets, documents, or reference images.
Add questions using multiple formats: multiple choice, short answer, essay, file upload, or coding. For each question, specify point values, expected answer formats, and evaluation criteria.
Grading and Rubrics
Define scoring rubrics for subjective questions. Set clear criteria for partial credit and full credit responses. This ensures consistent evaluation across candidates.
Test your custom case internally before assigning it to real candidates. This helps identify unclear instructions or unrealistic time estimates.
Save custom cases to your organization's private library. They remain available for reuse across future exams and can be shared with team members who have appropriate permissions.
