An active invitation for this candidate already exists.

You cannot send multiple active invitations to the same candidate. Resend the existing invitation or wait for it to expire.

Previous invitation still active Bulk import included duplicate Candidate invited to multiple exams Invitation not yet accepted or expired

Resolution Steps

Check existing invitations

View pending invitations in candidate management

Resend invitation

Use the resend option on existing invitation

Revoke old invitation

Cancel the old invitation before sending a new one

Wait for expiration

Old invitations expire automatically after set period
