The profile page lets candidates add work history, education, skills, a professional bio, and job preferences. Complete profiles receive better job matches.
Navigate to Settings > Profile
Access profile editor
Fill in work history
Add current and past positions
List education
Degrees and certifications
Add skills
Technical and soft skills
Write a bio
2-3 sentences about your experience
Set preferences
Job criteria and availability
Save changes
Profile updates immediately
Profile information is only visible to employers who send you assessments see your contact info (email from assessment invitation).
Complete profiles are 3x more likely to receive job matches.
