The Candidate Portal is a self-service hub where candidates view assessment results, track applications, manage their profile, and access AI-powered insights. Candidates create accounts automatically when completing their first assessment.

  • Assessment Results - View scores, category breakdowns, and historical results
  • AI Insights - Get personalized career recommendations and skill gap analysis
  • Applications - Track status of job applications and interviews
  • Personality Results - Access Big Five, DISC, MBTI, and other personality reports
  • Profile Management - Update contact info, work history, and preferences
  • Sharing - Generate shareable links or embeds for results
  • Notifications - Receive updates on applications and new opportunities

Access and Security

Candidates log in via email magic link or social authentication (Google, LinkedIn). Accounts are email-verified and secured with session management. Candidates can only access their own data, not other candidates' results.

The portal is mobile-responsive. Candidates can access results, apply to jobs, and update profiles from any device.
