Personality results appear in a dedicated section of the portal, showing your type/profile for each framework you've completed (Big Five, DISC, MBTI, Enneagram, RIASEC, EQ). Results include detailed descriptions, strengths, growth areas, and career fit suggestions.
Go to 'Personality' in the portal menu

Big Five shows five dimension scores (0-100). DISC shows four style scores with your primary and secondary styles highlighted. MBTI shows your four-letter type with detailed descriptions. Enneagram shows your dominant type and wing. RIASEC shows your Holland Code. EQ shows overall score and component breakdown.
Personality results can be shared separately from assessment scores. This is useful when applying to roles that emphasize cultural fit or when networking on LinkedIn.
Personality results are private by default. Employers only see them if you explicitly share or if they're part of an application.
