Export candidate records, exam results, and pipeline history for compliance audits, custom reporting, or data portability. TalentScreen supports CSV, JSON, and PDF exports with flexible filtering.
CSV exports work great for spreadsheet analysis or importing into other systems. JSON is ideal for developers building custom integrations. PDF exports create shareable candidate reports.
Choose What to Export
Go to Candidates > Export. Select date range, specific jobs, or individual candidates. Choose between all data or specific fields (e.g., just names and scores).
Select Export Format
Pick CSV for spreadsheets, JSON for programmatic use, or PDF for printable reports. CSV and JSON can include nested data like individual question responses.
Configure Privacy Settings
Decide whether to include PII (personal identifiable information). For GDPR compliance, you can anonymize exports by removing names and emails.
Generate and Download
Large exports (500+ candidates) are processed in the background. You'll receive an email with a download link when ready. Links expire after 7 days.
Verify Export Contents
Open the file and spot-check a few records for accuracy. Ensure all expected fields are present. Contact support if data appears incomplete.
Exported files may contain sensitive data. Store them securely and delete after use. Never share exports via unencrypted email.
Set up recurring exports (daily, weekly, monthly) that email you or drop files into your cloud storage. Useful for syncing with data warehouses or maintaining external backups.
