Logo appears on exam pages, email headers, and candidate portals. Brand colors control buttons, links, and accents. Custom domain (e.g., hire.yourcompany.com) fully white-labels the experience on Pro+ plans.
Upload Your Logo
Go to Settings > Branding. Upload a PNG or SVG logo (recommended: 200px height, transparent background). Preview how it looks on light and dark backgrounds.
Set Brand Colors
Enter your primary brand color hex code. The system auto-generates complementary shades for buttons, hover states, and backgrounds. Preview on sample pages.
Customize Email Templates
Edit invitation, reminder, and result notification emails. Use {{variables}} for personalization. Maintain brand voice and tone across all candidate communication.
Configure Custom Domain (Pro+)
Point a subdomain (like hire.yourcompany.com) to TalentScreen via CNAME record. We provision SSL automatically. Full DNS setup instructions provided.
Preview and Apply
Use 'Preview as Candidate' to see how everything looks. Test on mobile. Once satisfied, save changes to apply branding to all future candidate interactions.
