403 errors occur when you lack permission to access a resource. Common causes include expired sessions, incorrect roles, or deleted accounts.
Employer Accounts
Log out and log back in. If the error persists, your account may have been downgraded or removed from the organization. Contact your account admin or support.
Candidate Accounts
Ensure you're using the correct invitation link. Exam links are single-use and expire after 14 days. Request a new invitation from the employer if your link is invalid.
If you see 403 errors on public pages (homepage, pricing), this is a server issue. Check system status or contact support.
