View and manage job applications submitted through TalentScreen
The Applications tab shows all job applications submitted via TalentScreen, including current status, interview schedules, feedback, and next steps. Candidates can track progress and communicate with employers.
| Status | Meaning | Next Step |

| Applied | Application received, under review | Wait for employer response |
| Reviewed | Employer viewed your profile | May receive interview invite |
| Interview Scheduled | Interview date/time set | Prepare for interview |
| Interview Completed | Interview finished, awaiting decision | Wait for feedback |
| Offer Extended | Job offer made | Accept or decline offer |
| Hired | Offer accepted, hiring complete | Start date scheduled |
| Not Selected | Application declined | Review feedback if provided |
Click any application to see job description, assessment results submitted, timeline of status changes, employer feedback (if shared), interview details, and communication history.
Candidates can withdraw applications anytime before an offer is accepted. Click the three-dot menu on the application and select 'Withdraw.' This notifies the employer and removes the application from active consideration.
Check applications regularly. Employers often schedule interviews or request additional information, and response time matters.
