Track your credit usage, refunds, and transaction history

Your credit balance is visible on the Billing dashboard. The history log shows every credit addition, deduction, and refund.
Transaction Types
Credit added (subscription renewal or pack purchase), credit deducted (invitation sent), credit refunded (candidate expired or withdrew), and credit adjusted (manual support correction).
Exporting History
Click 'Export CSV' on the Billing page to download a full transaction log. Useful for accounting, forecasting, and reconciliation.
Refunds for expired invitations may take up to 24 hours to appear in your balance.
