Set up AI interview templates and question flows
AI interview templates define the question flow, evaluation criteria, and scoring rubric. Create templates for different roles or customize a single template for all positions.
Navigate to Assessments > AI Interviews
Access template library
Click 'Create Template'
Start with blank or role-specific preset
Add opening questions
The AI always starts with these
Configure follow-up strategy
Probing, clarifying, or situational follow-ups
Set interview length
Number of questions (5-15 recommended)
Define evaluation criteria
What the AI should score (clarity, depth, etc.)
Test the template
Take a sample interview yourself
AI interviews work best with open-ended questions. Avoid yes/no questions or questions with single correct answers.
